Jimmy is technically very proficient and has great attention to detail. I was very impressed with how they did their work, and I would highly recommend them. -

8 months agoNeeded a few small jobs done after moving into a new home. Had a great experience. Very professional and honest in their assessment and proposed fixes. Easy to schedule a service call on short notice. $98 for a service call I think is very reasonable compared to others, and it is applied to the total cost of repairs. Overall price for the job was right in the middle of the range I expected costs to be. Will look to them for future plumbing needs. -

9 months agoI am in awe and appalled by this sham of a business. They charged me for three visits and still left me with a broken shower. I never write reviews but this experience has been unbelievable. I called advanced rooter to fix a broken shower. After two visits and seemingly fixing the issue it broke again a week later. I had them come back out and was told there was a broken part they had to order. I never heard back from them so after 3 weeks I called them today to inquire what the delay was and the owner said it was a difficult part to find and that he has been looking for it. I quickly reached out to another plumber and he sent me a link to buy the part on Amazon. Clearly advanced rooter dropped the ball with no action plan or communication to fix my issue and charging me throughout the process.
