2 months agoI had several people look at my porch remodel. Not an easy job. I have a 3 family house built in 1927 with 3 porches in front. The porches were original and very tired. Ron was the only contractor out of 5 that was willing to work with me and explain the process step by step. He communicates very well and always is available for questions. Despite some roadblocks placed in our wayby the City, causing unnecessary delays, the project was completed in a reasonable amount of time. His initial time frame would have worked if not for the City. The team Ron Will, the project manager, and Paul, the carpenter were professional and hard working. The average day was 8AM to 6 or 6:30 PM. The results are great. I couldn't be happier. This was not an easy job. Porches from 3rd to 1st had to be demolished, doorways removed, windows framed and installed. I went from a tired front facade to the most attractive house on the street. I wholeheartedly recommend Mainville Construction to anyone contemplating this type of renovation. They are talented professionals and most importantly they are responsive. They stick to their schedule and gladly answer questions. Oh and their price is reasonable too. -

2 months agoI recently had the remainder of my windows replaced by Mainville. I knew I wanted to go with Marvin windows to match a previous install. Ron worked with me to select and measure the exact windows to match my previous Marvin windows. His project manager and team made sure everything looked and functioned great before I signed off on the project. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and kept me informed through out the entire process. I would work with them again. -

My husband and I have used Ron twice, one was for a kitchen remodel in late 2019/early 2020 and the other was for an addition on our house, they started the work in November and are just wrapping up now. Ron is extremely attentive, informative, and professional. He looks into questions or concerns right away and always comes to the house to double check that everything is how it's supposed to be. Now we have an extra bedroom, closet and bathroom and it looks exactly how we imagined it to be!
