3 weeks agoThe lady who handles the phone is extremely rude and difficult. We called to ask what we needed and how much their tow and storage fees were and she gave so much attitude to us trying to get our car back, you would've thought she just got her car towed and was struggling to get it back. We had to keep calling back because she kept failing to give us all the info we needed but acted like we were bothering her and even threatened to file charges for harassment if we continued to call. Mind you again, she wasn't giving us full information before rudely hanging up. There prices are ridiculous. Nearly $200 for storing the car 1 day. If you can help it don't give them your business. -
