2 weeks agoI have to start by saying Spring Brook is lucky to have Meagan! I have been their client for many years since I bought my first house back in 2007. I now own another property but I remain faithful to them, now more so because of Meagan. Life can be hectic and every time I call her with and urgent matter, she always comes through with a solution. There has been plenty of times when I have called in the morning realizing I have run out of oil (I am a busy mom) and by lunch time, oil has been delivered. Your urgency for others problems doesn't go unnoticed. Keep brightening other lives! Spring Brook is where you want to go if you want quality & reliable service. And most of all trustworthy personnel! -

1 month agoI have never had such fantastic customer service. When you call, no matter who you speak to, everyone is so pleasant and helpful and you dont get put on hold!!!! As for the service and technicians they are top's. I am extremely thankful for ron, he knew within 5 minutes what my problem was and acted on it right away!!! Ron is just amazing, personable and just a marvelous representative for the company!!!!! Highly recommend this company and ron! -

2 months agoSpringbrook you guys need to do better there years of being with you guys and The only good thing about them is there employee Maggie she kind and compassionate she does her best to make sure the customer is happy the rest are just rude they speak to me with the worst tones and their voices they have no consideration empathy or sympathy for anyone every year they play with me first it was my thermostat so I'm losing heat all the way around now it's the delivery they tell you to call before your oil tank is empty I do that and they don't deliver till there ready it's always something and I truly believe they wait for my oil to run out to charge me more and I don't think there given me the full amount paid for now they want to charge me two hundred dollars more to come put oil because its the weekend when I order it Friday and u got payment Friday this is sad now my granddaughter and my family has to use dangerous space heaters to keep warm I know they don't care if they lose me for a customer but I'm so disappointed in them -
