1 month agoGabby was the project lead for our bathroom renovation after serious water damage. She was instrumental in finding the appropriate contractors to remedy and repair the extensive damage. Throughout the process she was always available for communication and updates. Thanks to Gabby and her team our renovation was beyond our expectations. -

2 months agoUpdate:6 mnths later Things have progressively gotten worse. We had to throw this contractor off of our job site due to incredibly poor craftsmanship and constant lying. Work they said they have done was never done and parts of our build out failed inspection due to this. They have been rude and incredibly hard to work with to resolve the issues. They have continuously added line items of work they did not do to our property and tools that were never on our property confirmed via security camera. They will not repair damage that they have cost to my house and has been documented by multiple sources. Please stay far away from this company if you value your home, respect, or any true craftsmanship. This is the Dollar Store of contractors. 6 months and six attempts to drywall a small room and in a total failure and they will not pay for the removal of their poor drywall job. These must be fake or bought reviews. My experince is horrible and ongoing with Houzpital. They demoed my house and have not done any work for two months. My family is displaced from their poor project managment.They do respond to emails or calls. They ignore your questions and have been under prepared or not prepared for at all for every meeting I have had with them. I'm stuck with them until this project is done but if I were you I would stay far far away. -
