5 months agoWe began working with Tim Byrd in 2022. We initially started with new tile floors in two rooms, a large window replacement and an outside door replacement. All were completed professionally, on time, and we were more than satisfied with the quality of the work. In 2023 we decided to completely renovate two bathrooms and we hired Byrd again. Once again, the work was completed professionally, on time and exceeded our expectations. Just this past spring (2025) we decided to tackle our biggest project, a complete kitchen renovation. This included removing walls, one being a load bearing wall, a new 8 ft window, a 9 ft island, rearrangement of new doors, cabinets, appliances, etc, the design of which was created with the help of Tim Byrd and crew. The job was finished within the scheduled timeframe and the kitchen looks better than expected!! The pictures speak for themselves as to the results of the work done by Byrd Contracting. We plan to use them for possibly one last project on our house soon. We highly recommend them. -

They paid great attention to detail, provided truly professional workmanship, and their pricing came in under many other bidding contractors. It took a little longer than I had hoped but what do I know about how long things should take. I will definitely recommend and use Byrd's contracting again. -

1 year agoTim and his team did a beautiful job renovating my condo, from flooring to gutting the bathroom, new exterior doors, custom closets, etc. They were in constant communication, and offered ideas that I hadn't thought of, to make the space more livable, and save money. I would definitely work with them again, and wouldn't hesitate recommending them.
