9 months agoJim was quick knowledgeable and very responsive, he knows his stuff and very down to earth and helped trouble shoot other issues thay came up. Happy with my 18ft pool install hi. Adn his crew came early and had me and the kids up and swimming in less than a week ‼ Thanks Jim!!! -

11 months agoNever again! Promised he would never "screw over" a Bristol resident, and a single mom at that.! Well he did!!! Drinking, profanity, cigarettes left everywhere. While my children were home listening to the workers disrespecting me as a home owner. Jim didn't complete to job excuse after excuse, lie after lie!!!! One night at 8 pm my door bell Rang I was in the shower and my daughter went to answer the door he heard me and attempted to speak to my through the window of my bathroom!!!!!! I was so uncomfortable my ex husband called and asked him never to come back on the property!!! He was paid in full with only the liner done, nothing g else that was promised!!! No other company would help me....not explaining why! But I had to google how to put a new part to circulate the pool myself! Never again!!! Neverrrrr!!!! -

1 year agoNever Again... When I came home one afternoon there were empty white claw cans all over my yard! He is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. We signed a contract mid July and waited over a month for the installation of our new pool to even start. He demanded to be paid in full even while work was still needed to be done. Stay away from this company. -

1 year ago1 star is a compliment to his lack of professionalism and his efficiency. I warn you all, I rather dry out in the dessert then have a pool installed by this drunk idiot. If you need a line or two his wife is definitely the person to go to.
