Faye was so helpful when it came to design/sourcing material and Jack was extremely respectful while working in our home. Not to mention they are both a delight to have around throughout the project. The result for us - a rebuilt bathroom shower - is impeccable. They are truly top-tier professionals; their work is thorough and the final product is pristine. 7 years agoI'd be happy to share my input about Faye and Jack. I first met with a Faye and we discussed renovations for the master bathroom and first floor half bath. I was impressed with her conceptual designs for these two rooms. We talked about various ideas and needs and she presented 3-dimensional plans in a very short time frame. During the first meeting, we also talked about potential future renovations. Faye was great in recommending products, manufacturers, websites, etc...we went to choose the bathroom tile, faucets, toilets and more. Long story short, Faye and Jack crafted wonderful designs, produced incredible workmanship with precise attention to detail using superior back and forth communication. -
