9 years agoHis work was very good, but his professionalism would prevent me from recommending him to anyone. He does not let you know when he will arrive (just pops in), he gets upset (temper issues) when you try to find out what fixtures etc he is purchasing (does not like to deal with the customer giving their opinion or asking questions). ex: I asked about what fixtures he was buying and questioned him about sink/ toilet clearances (small bathroom) and this was his response (copy/paste from his email): "I have spent more time then needed on the project! I will cancel all fixtures and you can order everything yourself....my charge to install your fixtures is $500 with no warranty on the fixtures...if I here another complaint from you then I'm done with this project! V..." The complaint he is referring to was me asking for info on the fixtures... So I had him fired.
