10 months agoWe had one of their techs come out to hopefully get the right sized bracket for our garage door as the universal bracket we purchased looked like it would be too big and brush against the track for our garage door. Over the phone we told the tech we had already purchased a replacement bracket and we were hoping to get one in the original size, as we were worried the universal bracket would be too big. Their tech showed up with the part we told him we already had over the phone, a universal bracket, and told us he would charge us $175. We had already removed the original bracket and literally had to just screw in the replacement part. We said $175 was too much for the job (again bracket replacement where the original bracket was already removed) and we thanked him but decided not to use his service and installed the bracket we already bought after he left. Since then the tech they sent out has repeatedly called me. At first he disguised his number (no caller ID calls repeatedly since we chose not to go with their service two days ago) and today he forgot to disguise his number while calling me for the fourth time. He has no reason to reach out to me whatsoever. I'm very disturbed by this and when I reached out to the company today, Saturday, to report their tech my call was ignored twice. I cannot recommend this company. In response to the company: I called several times on Saturday to report your tech even after posting this review and my call was ignored each time. I am NOT a competitor, I'm a customer, and you are the company I contacted. Do better vetting the techs you send to peoples homes. -
