3 months agoAustin and Cody came out to our place because our longtime HVAC guy isn't covered under our AHS warranty. I was nervous because the leak was due to another HVAC company (not our preferred guy) and that has created some distrust and confusion. HOWEVER, Austin and Cody are awesome. They're a great, highly-skilled team, yet not too proud to double and triple check each other and themselves as they work to make sure everything is done right. They're also polite, patient, punctual and willing to work in tight, dirty spaces. I'm probably going to have them do our annual AC tuneup as well. Because as great as our preferred guy is, I think Austin and Cody are probably even better at cleaning an outdoor AC compressor. They left our bathroom spotless. Seriously. I've never had to NOT clean up after workers before. Thank you, guys! -

3 months agoGuillermo is the very best!! He was on the ball and explained things as he went along. He was only here a short time the first time as parts had to be ordered. When he came back after the parts came you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Our furnace is FIXED. Thank you Guillermo!!! -

5 months agoI just had Fix- It Now replace my furnace and add a whole home humidifier while they were out. I am very happy with the whole process from scheduling to project completion. Austin and Cody did the install and they were awesome! They took extra time to make sure all of my questions were answered and even re-mounted my thermostat which had been incorrectly installed previously! Alejandro was also super helpful with the diagnosis and warranty process. I'm looking forward to entrusting our annual maintenance and future AC/Heating needs to the team at Fix-It Now! Attention to detail, double checking along the way to assure that every detail is taken care of. Making sure I understood how my new system works, and answering questions.
