He was able to honestly assess the problem by coming out the day after we called and then swiftly finding and picking up the garage door units and installing them - all in the space of a few days! The timing and scheduling was a big, actually crucial, part of the work because winter weather can and does make such a project extra challenging here at Robb Ranch. Tom did an excellent, pro job on the installation and he fully explained how the new units work with their various features.
