2 months agoThis company did a great job! I only needed to rent some equipment to dry it out a portion of my basement when my outdoor faucet failed. They were courteous, prompt, and helpful in the process. I highly recommend them when you're in a bind and you need a good company to help you. -

2 months agoI was in a bind in that I had water damage and my insurance policy didn't cover the repairs. I did a quick search on water damage mitigation companies and Pure Restore, LLC. was suggested by a few in other reviews. I called them up and explained that I would be paying out of pocket for this and they worked with me in getting me a better rate along with steps I could take to cut costs. They came over for the initial inspection and were up front and explained everything including the possibilities that the cleanup and dry off could take longer based on the extend of the damage and weather conditions (cold weather does not help the drying process!). This was a horrible experience to go through, but Pure Restore did their best to try to ease the burden. -

2 months agoPure is one of the worst and most unethical mitigation companies we've worked with. As professional property managers, we regularly work with mitigation and remediation companies. We only hired Pure twice because they were recommended by one of our plumbers when our primary mitigation vendors were unavailable. Both experiences were extremely disappointing. Before they would even step foot on the properties, they required our agents to sign an emergency work authorization form. With no immediate alternatives during active water situations, we reluctantly signed. That was a mistake. After their initial visits, we repeatedly requested a quote or at least an estimated cost from their office. They refused to provide any pricing guidance despite multiple attempts to get clarity. Instead, they installed drying equipment and air movers for roughly 24 hours and later sent invoices totaling around $10,000. There was minimal on-site labor time (approximately six hours total), yet the invoices were extraordinarily high. We ultimately instructed them to remove all equipment and had our primary mitigation company complete the work for a fraction of the cost. When we attempted to dispute the charges directly with the owner, the response was dismissive and condescending rather than solution-oriented. Even the homeowner's insurance carrier questioned the pricing and covered only $6,500 of the nearly $10,000 invoice - leaving a significant gap due to what they considered excessive charges. This experience reinforced many of the negative stereotypes that unfortunately exist in the mitigation industry. We strongly encourage homeowners and property managers to be extremely cautious, demand written estimates, and fully understand any authorization forms before signing. We will not be using this company again. -

2 months agoI can't thank the crew at Pure Restore enough. Waking up to water everywhere is a nightmare, but they stepped in and immediately lowered the stress levels. It's rare to find a team that's this professional while also being genuine and transparent people. They walked me through the whole process and never made me feel like I was bothering them. If you want the job done right by people who actually care, go with Pure. -

2 months agoDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Do not believe your insurance will cover most their outrageous cost. They may look professional but do not trust what they say. GET A FEW BIDS.

FAQ
How does Pure Restore determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the scope of water damage, including affected areas like basements or kitchens, and the equipment needed for drying to provide a detailed quote. Factors such as the extent of subfloor replacement or cabinet removal also influence the final cost. Homeowners receive a clear breakdown to understand the value based on the work required.
Do you offer free estimates for water damage services?
Pure Restore provides free estimates to evaluate water damage and discuss options upfront. Our team visits the site promptly to measure moisture levels and recommend necessary steps like equipment rental or full restoration. This allows homeowners to plan without initial costs.
Is Pure Restore licensed and insured for fire and water damage restoration?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance to handle residential and commercial water and fire damage jobs safely. Our specialists follow industry standards for mitigation across the Front Range. Homeowners can request verification details during the initial contact.
What is your typical timeline for water damage restoration?
We respond 24/7 and aim to arrive quickly after your call to set up drying equipment like air movers and fans on floors or carpets. The drying process usually takes several days, with our team monitoring moisture readings to ensure complete recovery. Expect regular updates on progress for basements, kitchens, or flood-affected areas.
Does Pure Restore handle cleanup and debris removal after water damage restoration?
We remove damaged materials such as subfloors or cabinets during restoration and ensure the property is left clean and dry. Technicians in protective gear handle waste from concrete floors or carpeted areas properly. The site is inspected before we leave to confirm safety and readiness for repairs.
Why is your professional water damage restoration approach safer than DIY?
Our method uses specialized equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers to fully extract moisture from hidden areas, preventing mold growth that DIY efforts often miss. Technicians provide consistent moisture readings and adjust setups for thorough drying, unlike inconsistent home attempts. This professional process minimizes long-term structural damage and health risks for Front Range properties.
