3 months agoCharged me 3 times for 1 cleanup and refused to correct it. If you don't have a fence or are home 24/7, this service could be fine. But if you have a fence, as almost every dog owner does, then you need to be home at all times to let them in. They never gave more than 15 minutes notice. So they couldn't get in, charged me anyway, then came back two weeks later and charged me double for that cleaning. When I reached out to ask them to correct the mistake, no one could be bothered to respond so I cancelled the service. -

7 months agoThey came for first visit. They no showed on the second visit then agreed to come later as they said my account had been canceled but I don't know how or why. They no showed the 3rd visit and nobody responded to my calls. I fired them and you should too -

1 year agoThis is the worst experience I've ever had with a poop clean up company!! I scheduled to be quoted a price. The guy showed up and went in my yard without even making aware he was at my home. I then caught him leaving my yard and walking to his card where I watched him proceed to try to charge my card on file $180. At the time my card was locked so of course it declined. And once it did he drove off. Typically you would think a company would quote the actual price to the customer to confirm that they want the service before just charging the card. At this point my husband and I decided we did not want to use this service so we did not go through with it and this company proceeding to try charge my card FOUR MORE TIMES before it finally went through because my card was unlocked. Now they won't answer the phone. I sent several texts letting them know I never authorized the charges or the service. All I got was a text with my now scheduled service I did not ask for. Save yourself the sake of being scammed!! I will be disputing this charge with my bank. **I'm adding to this because the owner was able to response to this review but has yet to contact me back . He deleted my account with him and still has my card information and has not contacted me back. I'm reporting this to the cops and BBB at this point !! I have been calling all morning / leaving voicemails/ texts trying to get any type of correspondence to why my card was charged 180 when it wasn't approved or authorized. I was given a estimate quote of $80-$110 and was not made aware of any changes , he did not take the time to even come to my door and discuss what was going to be charged and why . He literally left and attempted to charge 180 dollars that is the only way I even knew what the new "quote" was. I did not know until today that he tried to pull the money 4 times prior to this . The yard is still exactly the same , no service orr contact has been made and it wasn't till after this review that he scheduled the service for later this month on a date I didn't agree with. I hope you honor what you said in your response and refund my card because I still have not been contacted or given any steps on how to get my refund . Services have not been done and you haven't even bothered to response to my messages and voicemail or missed calls. I want a refund back to my card , I don't want your services . He deleted my account after this review and still has my card information . No service has been done , no refund has been made and no contact has been made , I can't even log into the account anymore . Very unprofessional..please don't use this company -
