3 weeks agoCharged me 3 times for 1 cleanup and refused to correct it. If you don't have a fence or are home 24/7, this service could be fine. But if you have a fence, as almost every dog owner does, then you need to be home at all times to let them in. They never gave more than 15 minutes notice. So they couldn't get in, charged me anyway, then came back two weeks later and charged me double for that cleaning. When I reached out to ask them to correct the mistake, no one could be bothered to respond so I cancelled the service. -

5 months agoThey came for first visit. They no showed on the second visit then agreed to come later as they said my account had been canceled but I don't know how or why. They no showed the 3rd visit and nobody responded to my calls. I fired them and you should too -
