He promptly called back and told us to send over some pictures of the unit and we figured out it was best to just replace it vs fix it. He was out the very next day and all was replaced and put together and just about an hour! Thank you! -

7 months agoPaul's response was within hours. My doors had been recently rebuilt with new tracks and operators by a different company, but never worked well after more than 6.attempts . Paul has able to get the door fixed the same day. He returned a few days later to install new weatherstripping, and redid some settings he had researched with the manufacturer. Very heavy door is finally staying open, raising and lowering as a new door. Best service experience in years. -

Luckily for me the double garage door we selected was in stock and Paul and Grant came out the next day and installed it. They did a great job, and it was very easy to communicate with both, and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend Paul and PNG Garage, thanks Paul excellent job! -
