3 years agoPhenomenal sub for us. We performed an extensive remodel converting an indoor basketball gym into apartments and they did an outstanding job. Our structure is still connected to the existing leasing office so cleanliness was an important aspect. Not only was the coordination smooth and upfront but the crews on site performed daily clean ups, and left the job site daily with great consideration of our residents. Our remodel came with some unforeseen variables and Merchant was able to accomplish all change orders and requirements we asked. Highly recommend using them for any specialized demolition. The owner and job site foreman kept extremely well communication throughout the entire process. I've attached photos of how clean they left our project. And before and after exterior removal. -
