5 months agoI found Chris while looking for an answer to the WiFi in the basement not working. Problem solved! Not only did Chris show up on time for a free consultation, he walked me through exactly what would need to be done to solve my issue. He was hired on the spot. Chris and his teammate were kind, courteous, and professional, even when my young son was trying to climb on him to see what he was doing! He even offered to go to an Xfinity store in my behalf to get a new router (turns out we didn't need it but the fact that he offered is unheard of!) Long story short, the internet in the basement is blazing fast and exactly what I was looking for. Even the work done outside running the wire is top notch. Not to mention the wire that was ran into the basement is well hidden and exactly where I asked him to place it. I cannot recommend Chris and his team enough if you need a wiring job done and done right. -

But most important, he got the job done and my trusted laptop is humming right along. In my line of work, my laptop is the whole ball game.
