10 months agoOld guy working was super rude. I told him I talked to the guy in the phone about getting some items out of a vehicle that was towed there. The gentlemen on the phone told me to tell the guy the items were in the back room. I did exactly that and the older guy said he didn't know me and he didn't know what I was talking about. As he was calling the guy I had just talked to on the phone he started getting rude and raising his voice. I told him to calm down and be respectful. He started yelling tell me I need to respect him. I told him you should never talk to customers that way. I was actually hopefully getting mechanic work done as well on one of my vehicles. I will NEVER do business with them. Nobody deserves to be talked to the way I was talked to. FB page will have the video uploaded with the event that happen. -
