2 months agoHaving been a Building Contractor for over 30 years on various projects, such as Hospitals, High Rise Office Buildings, large Mixed-Use projects and large Condominium projects. I am extremely FUSSY regarding Subcontractors that I choose to complete work for me. I can honestly say that Chase and his crew do what they say they will do, their cost was what I considered to be fair and the workmanship is excellent. The on-site personnel are polite and contentious. We had some issues with our Back-flow and valves that were down in a pit. They replaced valves, moved Back-flow out of pit. They cleaned up our inner yard, spread mulch over a large area around our pond, trimmed many plants and shrubs, added fabric and rock under trees where our bird feeders hang. They also spread rock on one of our entrance drives. We are so pleased that we have decided to have them do a weekly mowing, trimming and maintenance. Try them you will not be dissapointed! -

They were able to come out within 48 hours and provided a great quote when other companies didn't show up. The installation was excellent-very professional, informative, and high quality. 3 months agoWe just moved into our new place, we found a cracked Backflow attached to our irrigation system. It seems the previous owner didn't turn it off. We got in touch with CBLM, and they sent a technician right away to fix it. The technician turned off the water to the irrigation systemthst night and came back the next day to replace and fix the backflow, plus winterize the system. We're really happy with the great service and how professional the technician was.
