3 months agoI was very satisfied with the job that they did. After a cold snap literally snapped a spring on our garage door, I was looking for someone to quickly repair it, and they did the next morning after talking with them. Another company (Front Range Raynor) couldn't send a tech out until 4 days later. Because of how busy they were with other similar calls (very cold weather seems to break springs), they were hard to reach and I had to call several times to get in touch, but was able to reach them in the evening. Dave called in the morning and came even earlier than expected and was very friendly. He explained the process and price breakdown once the work was apparent, and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. The door worked much quieter than before, which was a bonus I didn't expect. Their prices were fair and comparable to others I had researched, and to replace 2 sturdier springs and a bearing was almost $350 with labor (their lowest priced spring was $99). Since my springs were so old it made more sense to replace both and save a future service call. I would recommend using them without hesitation. Updated: they also delivered with quick service to change our garage controller, then did a needed tuneup of the door, which saved us money rather than having two calls. -
