1 month agoUpdate March 2026: A few years have gone by since my last horrendous experience so I figured I'd try again. I called and spoke to Jeremy about my driveway gate opener issues (originally installed by FRR) He said they'd have to speak to the owner and would call me back "later today or tomorrow". I said "Let's just plan to connect tomorrow morning". He said "Ok, I'll call you in the morning". That was 3 weeks ago. No call back. I tried to call them today at 4:15 and they were closed. I called the next day and spoke to Jeremy again. Their GM was "out of town" until the following Tuesday and he'd call me back. Ummmm, NOPE. Never called back. 2022: This company used to be good. Now they're an absolute train wreck. I contacted them to get an estimate for a new call box with video for my driveway gate. I received an email acknowledging they received my request. No one from Front Range Raynor ever got back to me, so I had another company install a new video callbox and it works as it should. I was also having a technical issue with one of the openers on my driveway gate (THAT THEY INSTALLED). I left a message several days ago, and again no one ever got back to me. This place appears to be horribly disorganized.. Apparently no one actually cares about assisting their customers . Returning phone calls is customer service 101 and they can't even get that right. Unattentive salespeople, bad service and/or technical support. -
