Update: We had our second appointment with American Eagle Garage Doors today and we couldn't be happier. We had to wait a few days for an appointment opening, but the lady we called for the appointment told us what we could do in the mean time and it really helped us out. The young man who came out today to fix our problem was honest, knowledgeable and very friendly. The price was beyond reasonable. We'll never call anyone else for issues with our garage door!
