1 year agoWe bought our house in January 2023 and inherited a 20+ year old HVAC system. Brandon not only helped us limp the system through the summer, but also provided us with options so that we could begin working a new system into our budget for the next year. Fast forward to 2024. Brandon and his team have not only done an outstanding job of replacing the system, they've also assisted with improving our internal airflow so that our HVAC system is substantially more efficient than before. There's a lot of HVAC companies in the Front Range, but Brandon and All Phase are always the first call we make for any situation involving our heating or air conditioning. -

3 years agoJust to add some honest feedback from my experience, Brandon sounded professional, friendly, and he was willing to work with my busy schedule. He offered to show up after 5pm, which was not necessary but appreciated. However, he didn't show. Said he was busy on a job and lost track of time and that it would be after 7pm so he wanted to reschedule for the next day at 8am. I regularly work late so this was a bit early but, since he was so flexible with me, I wanted to return the favor. I got up early and waited. And waited. After 8:30 I gave up. He never called with an explanation nor did I bother to call back at this point. I'm sure these guys are busy but it was a disappointing experience for me. -

4 years agoBrandon is the best, he came out on short notice to repair our AC after we returned from camping to find our AC blowing hot air. He quickly found the issue and repaired it in no time. When our AC had another issue the next week due to no fault of his repair (different issue), he came back out again to make sure we were squared away before the weekend. Thank you so much! -

4 years agoAll Phase Mechanical is the best HVAC company in northern Colorado, hands down. Brandon was incredibly helpful with our all of our air conditioning needs. He went above and beyond thoroughly checking every detail of our furnace and air conditioner. Brandon was understanding about our budget and gave us multiple options on how to proceed forward with our issues. He left us feeling educated about our system and gave us realistic expectations on the upcoming years with our aging furnace and AC. We can not recommend him highly enough and will continue to use him on our properties in the future.

FAQ
How does All Phase Mechanical Corp determine pricing for HVAC services?
We assess pricing based on a thorough system inspection, the specific repairs or replacements needed, and parts required for air conditioning or furnace work. Factors like unit age and duct condition influence the final quote after our evaluation. Homeowners receive a clear breakdown to understand costs upfront.
Are you licensed and insured for HVAC work?
All Phase Mechanical Corp carries full licensing, bonding, and insurance to meet state and local requirements for HVAC services in northern Colorado. Our team holds necessary certifications, including for handling refrigerants, ensuring safe and compliant operations. This setup protects your home and provides accountability for any work performed.
Does All Phase Mechanical Corp handle furnace installations and new AC unit sourcing?
We manage complete furnace installations, including new ductwork, and source new AC units quickly even during shortages. Our process starts with a detailed check of your existing setup to confirm the best options for replacement or repair. This covers air conditioning repairs, furnace maintenance, and full system upgrades for northern Colorado homes.
What is your typical timeline for scheduling and completing HVAC services?
All Phase Mechanical Corp schedules prompt appointments, often within 24 hours for urgent AC repairs, with clear arrival windows communicated ahead. For new installations like AC units, we complete the job in under a week once parts arrive, minimizing disruption. Annual furnace services follow a reliable process to fit your calendar.
What happens to old equipment and debris after All Phase Mechanical Corp completes work at my home?
We remove and dispose of old HVAC units and debris responsibly, leaving your property clean and undamaged. Our team uses protective measures during installations to avoid mess from ductwork or outdoor AC unit work. You can expect your home returned to its original condition post-service.
Why is hiring you for HVAC repairs safer and more effective than attempting DIY fixes?
Our thorough system checks identify issues like poor airflow or refrigerant problems that DIY methods often miss, preventing further damage or inefficiency. Professional tools and knowledge ensure safe handling of electrical components and gases, avoiding risks like injury or voided warranties. This approach extends equipment life compared to temporary fixes that overlook root causes.
