10 years ago$1,265 A father and son team came out to do the estimate and they were very knowledgeable and eager to share the information. They owned the company. They were able to come quickly and also to schedule the job quickly. The pricing was very similar to other estimates I received. I picked them because of their knowledge and ability to schedule soon. I got home after the trimming to see that two of the trees they were supposed to trim back from the roofs, were still on the roofs. There was tree debris in the yard (which was supposed to be removed). A screen on the front of my house was ripped. My family who was home during the time said that they sent a tattooed subcontractor who appeared to not be sure what he was doing. I called the owner back about the trees and screen. They came back to the house to fix the trees and took money off the total bill to fix the screen, but had no idea what type of work their subcontractor had completed or the damage he had left. They apologized to my family for the job and asked for payment. They called my cell phone and asked for payment before they had even finished fixing the 2 trees, stating they needed to pay their workers by the next day. I called to make my payment and they redirected me to the son. I left him a voicemail and he called back 4 times in less than 24 hours continuing to reiterate how he needed the money, without giving me a chance to call him back. -

14 years ago$1,650 I had many estimates done, since price was a real concern. I was also concerned about the quality of the work to be done, since it could be a real disaster if anything went wrong. The Tree Medicine guys gave me a real great price, and they could do the work almost immediately. They were a professional group. It was amazing to watch how they skillfully climbed up the huge tree and systematically cut sections of the tree down, without damaging the house. When it came to the large section hanging over the neighbors fence, there was a little damage to the wood fence, however, they repaired it so it looked like new. They cleaned up everything, so my yard looked better than it has all summer. I will definitely recommend Tree Medicine to friends, and will also use them again myself whenever I may need help with my trees. I am a very happy customer! -

14 years agoExtremely well! They showed up when they said they would--told us it would it would take about 2 hours to get the trimming done (which it did) and cleaned up nicely. Tree looks much better and actually healthier!
