10 months agoThese guys were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, made a minimal impact on our lives, and did a great job. Our job was to refinish the hardwood floors in three bedrooms, closets, hallway, stairs, and main room (includes kitchen, dining room and living room. They said it would take 6 days to complete but they were done in three. The floors still needed time to cure (3-4 days) but they look great. Be prepared for a lot of dust, it got just about everywhere. And the smell is terrible for a couple days. If you are prepared, these things won't matter an awful lot. Matt, TIM, Daniel and his crew were great to work with. I recommend these guys. Only thing-move the appliances yourself. -

1 year agoI've relied on Westcraft Carpets for all my flooring needs for the past 32 years. Not only are their products of the highest quality, but their personal service is also the best. I have never felt that I could rely on the carpet chains and big stores; Westcraft's smaller size and personal approach makes all the difference in assuring that the final product meets all expectations. I most recently worked with Tim Criddle on new condo carpeting both inside and outside. He was terrific, but the instore staff was also very helpful. I can't recommend them enough! -

1 year agoWater damage in under sink and I was referred to Danny first. He came in and gave me the straight shot of the situation and the best way to attack the issue. I was informed that the floor was out of code and how to fix the issue. During my process of the tear out Tim was referred to me for questions about the tear out and he was great and helpful from beginning to end. Tim and his team came in and knocked out the floor in one day and transformed my kitchen and dining room into a master piece. Time was very friendly and professional. I recommend the company 100 times over. Trust them with your work. It will be done right the first time.
