3 months agoWE WOULDN'T recommend this company TO ANYONE they didn't honor their WORK or WORD! They left staples in the floor from the old padding it feels like there are pebbles in the floor when we walk on it, staples can be felt on the stairs when walking up and down them and in the front door ways when you walk into 2 out of 3 bedrooms. The carpet was cut short on one of the bedrooms so it don't sit under the transition, they didn't fold the nap back or put a latex sealer at the end of the carpet to keep it from fraying. I asked them to come fix it and they said that they can but will charge us a labor fee to come fix it. I explained to him what was wrong and that I knew how to do carpet but don't have the time so I hired out. He said I was wrong in what I had to say and he had been in business for 18 years. WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVEN'T BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T HAVE AND IDEA OF WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT AND ONE OF YOUR GUYS TOLD US IT WAS HIS FIRST DAY WITH YOU AND THAT IT DONT MATTER HOW THICK THE PADDING WAS IT ALL FEELS THE SAME I KNEW AT THAT MOMENT WE HIRED THE WRONG COMPANY. SMH. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH. -

They showed up when they said they would and knocked out the job in one day. We were very impressed with communication, quality of work and reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend :) -
