5 months agoWe had an amazing experience working with Jesse through a very difficult time due to coverage issues, etc. Jesse made it his mission to help us get the right teams in place to complete work with remediation and insulation, despite his only job being a roofer. He took his own time to come to each estimate and planning meeting, and made sure everyone was always on the same page. He spent countless hours helping us by going above and beyond what he was hired and paid to do. The roof came out beautifully and he ensured every single one of our observations was a priority and worked to get any damages replaced immediately. He went as far as getting me a gift card to my favorite plant nursery because 2 small plants were damaged in the process. He also cleaned our yard daily by hand and with magnets so my child and dog were safe, and washed our furniture covers as they got dirty from roofing material. His dedication to detail and customer satisfaction speaks volumes. I have never met anyone so professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and observant. We could not be happier with the outcome and are so fortunate to have been in such good hands. He truly helped make a stressful process run so smoothly with unbelievable speed and precision. -

He advocated on my behalf with my insurance insurance company to get the best coverage possible for my roof replacement. He was informed on all the questions they would pose with the correct answers.
