3 years agoWe hired Inifinite Creations to tile our master shower, install a vanity, and install a toilet in January/February 2022. Two of the contractors that they sent out drilled holes in our water lines, on two separate occasions. They had to shut our water off for a couple hours both times. This resulted in one of the contractors turning the wrong valve and turning our sprinkler system back on. We didn't notice until our backflow valve exploded, so we are now paying $300 to get that fixed. We reached out to the company to let them know what had happened, hoping they would make it right. We were told the owner has COVID and would reach out to us when he was better. We never heard from them again. Our shower does look great, but the fact that they made the same mistake on two separate occasions, and did not compensate us in any way, left a bad taste in my mouth. EDIT: I wasn't going to entertain their reply with a response, but I can't take the gaslighting. Our main shutoff valve for the house is literally right next to the sprinkler valve, so it does in fact seem likely that somebody would have touched it by accident. Yes, accidents happen, but again, we gave you an opportunity to make it right and only got a response after leaving a review. -
