2 years agoBEWARE! I impulsively used this company to redo my driveway. Tons of cracks started forming 5 months after installation, and I've since had to patch those up. The man who took payment from me seemed to be VERY high on meth or cocaine. They were negligent in how the driveway was graded. My driveway is now above my foundation. Any water that comes between the house and the driveway drains into my foundation. Part of the driveway is actually graded towards the foundation. Luckily, most if it is graded away. My basement flooded in May 2023 when it rained a ton. I don't know if the driveway 100% caused that, but I'm sure the grading issues it created did not help. I had to put in a French drain between the house and the driveway because of the grading issues the driveway caused. You get what you pay for. If I had just spent more on a driveway, maybe I wouldn't have had to also pay for a French drain. Finally there seemed to be something weird going on with the reviews on Google when I hired this company. I only use companies with over 4.5 stars, and Driveway Experts had that. When I looked deeper, I found most of the 5 star reviews were from accounts with no other reviews, with similar first and last names, all within the same 2 month period, almost as if they were bots or paid reviews. I confronted the owner feeling uneasy about how the reviews didn't seem real, and he convinced me to still go with them. The reviews I felt concerned about have since been deleted, bringing Driveway Experts down from a 4.5+ rating on Google to a 3.3. After they completed work, I also found a 5 star review written from the owner's alternate account. Do not use this company. I hate writing negative reviews, but I do feel that potential customers have the right to know about this company. I deeply regret using this company, and wish I would have spent more to get better quality. -

5 years agoStay Away!! "Driveway Experts" 3773 Cherry Creek Drive N.#575 720-256-0063 They paved a driveway for me 3 years ago. I was dealing with "Eddie" who I believe to be the owner. Well the driveway is crumbling in several different areas. Eddie never answers his phone, so I have left 4-5 messages explaining the issue, to have him out to bid the repairs. Nice messages, nothing negative or confrontational, just for him to call me. I never even got a call back. I told him it isn't a problem if he doesn't do "repairs" just call me and tell me that. I do not expect him to do repairs for free as there is only a 1 year warranty. Bad enough the driveway didn't hold up, and I know things happen. What a loser to not even have the courtesy to return a phone call from a past customer. -

10 years agoHad a very good experience. Contacted Driveway Experts off a yard sign in Parker co. Was very impressed with the customer service and quality. I was offered a estimated cost and my total bill was $40 cheaper everything went well. Thanks for a great job
