5 months ago6 years ago had windows and sliding doors installed. Bedroom sliding door was originally warp had them replaced but never would open or close smoothly. Called atleast 10 times would talk to owner and he kept saying he will call manufacturer and call me back. Still waiting. -

1 year agoWe ordered 13 windows and they did a solid job of installing 12 of them, but about a WHOLE YEAR has gone by and they still have not delivered or installed this last window. They keep coming up with excuses and saying the window will arrive in a few weeks. We don't think we will ever get this window and have had to go with another window company. If you need the job done in a timely and reliable manner, STAY AWAY. They just can't get the job done sadly and save yourself the frustration, even if they provide the best quote. -

1 year agoI was initially upset that CWS would not do just a couple windows that were damaged during a storm. We then decided to replace all the remaining windows which I'm glad we did. I contacted CWS since we used them before. CWS did a great job, the windows look great and match the other windows they did a few years ago. If you want great / affordable windows, contact Colorado Window source . -

1 year agoWell I had an appointment for today the 8th of March from 8-9am. No show and no call! Called at 9:30am and Leo informed me that they are switching CRM systems. And by the way we dont work in the snow? Snow is less than one inch and the sun is out. Really??
