5 months agoWe hired Blue Sky to finish our basement and remodel three bathrooms including our master bath. The quote process went smoothly and they had the best ideas out of everyone when it came to maximizing our basement layout. Price wise, they were right in the middle when comparing 5 quotes. They stayed on budget and the only costs that went over were related to changes we made. We're happy with the quality of the craftsmanship and just hit the 1 year mark. We had one minor issue that popped up 3 days prior to the warranty expiring and they had a contractor to the house within 2-weeks to fix it. I'd work with them again and recommend having them give a quote if you're doing a home remodel or finishing your basement. -

Throughout the process they kept us up-to-date with scheduling and design decisions while taking care of all of the little things with our best interests in mind. 2 years agoBlue Sky did two remodeling projects for me and if I have a third, I will ask them to do it. Their quote used a comprehensive budgeting system so the costs were pinned down before work began. They let me purchase appliances and aesthetic items so there was no contractor mark-up. Their people are friendly, skilled, and easy to work with. Both projects were done "on time and on budget" with good attention to quality and workmanship. When an item listed on the quote was not needed they adjusted the amount due appropriately. -

Installers beware deposits are a foreign concept to these folks.. they will dangle a project in front of you expecting you to show up, finance and invest your own money in a job without any money upfront. I also feel sorry for the homeowners, these are the type of companies you need to avoid.
