6 months agoIf I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Luis provided outstanding service from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to help us with a gas leak and addressed airflow issues with our water heater quickly and thoroughly. They were extremely neat and respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, and even took extra time to look at a few other things around the house that I had questions about. On top of that, they were very easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. I will forever be a proud customer! Excellent service all around. -

We're in the middle of finishing our basement, and they handled everything we needed - installing an exhaust vent for the stove, adding a new intake, and setting up our bathroom vents. The work was clean, efficient, and done with real expertise. Luis and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. 1 year agoWe had a very old HVAC system and I discovered that our heater had died right before a cold snap was about to hit. We were in the process of reaching out to various companies for quotes on repairs / a new HVAC system. A family member recommended we reach out to Nexus heating & Air and I'm glad that we did. Many place we reached out to had multiple day lead times to get a tech out to inspect our current setup and sometimes even wanted to charge a service call fee to do the inspection. I called Nexus very late on a Wednesday and they were out first thing (7:00 am) on Thursday morning with a free inspection. They were extremely responsive to all of my calls/texts and the whole experience from beginning to end was nothing but professional. They installed a new furnace and AC system and took the time after the install to explain in great detail the new setup to me and the work that they did. I have very little knowledge about HVAC and I really appreciated their willingness to educate me on HVAC systems when I asked them questions after they were done. The overall experience was fantastic, I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks Nexus Heating & Air! -
