4 weeks agoReceived a Gateway with the purchase of a Tesla Cyberbeast. My contractor had it installed stating it was by a Tesla certified installer. However, after six months and two power outages and the system never working I finally called Ben at ChargerPro worried about an upcoming ice storm. I was not in town when I called and by the time I arrived home, Ben had already made sure to have one of his guys out before the storm and the system now works perfectly. He also followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy. These guys definitely know how to run a business and quickly execute a project. We could not recommend them highly enough. Beyond five stars. -

3 months agoI've been using the EV charger for a few weeks. ChargerPro team was great! They were very professional and kind, keeping me informed every step. All I had to do was book an appointment with them (online scheduling is available), and they handled everything else from applying the permit to installation and scheduling final inspection. Reasonable price and I highly recommend ChargerPro! -

4 months agoI'm so happy we decided to use ChargerPro! They were so knowledgeable and so great to work with form the moment I called the first time. The first phone call I made nobody answered so I hung up but about 10 min later Walker called back and I was able to ask him all the detailed questions. We did also get a second quote from another company but ChargerPro came out $400 cheaper. The communication from this company was amazing and every follow through was communicated down to the detail. They even moved me up from my original appt as I had requested a quicker date. The two gentleman that came out to install were so polite and kind. They explained every thing for us and were done in exactly three hours. They are seriously pros at what they do! Even the city inspector said it was perfectly installed when he came after the install. I would highly recommend them! Do not use anyone other company to install your EV chargers. ChargerPro is extremely trust worthy!
