5 months agoEven though our account has notes on it to call ahead 30 minutes so we can give the technician access to our backyard, this has never been honored. Rsther than following those instructions, Ken the technician saw fit to dismantle a non-operational gate that was barricaded closed rather than calling the account holders phone number. It's okay though, he "put it back the way he found it". What's more concerning is we got a call back from the manager to try and retain our business and he confirmed that this behavior is business as usual. A simple call-ahead could have kept our business. Other companies are capable of it. Why not yours? Our account has been cancelled. -

5 months agoDametrius with Berrett Pest Control has come out twice now both times have wonderful. He is friendly, helpful and efficient. We have lots of spiders and fruit flies and he has suggested helpful solutions each time. I like that Berrett is a continuous service and look forward to continue to be a customer. I've also had great customer service with Amber! Everyone is very helpful, it's easy to schedule and pay, and the service is great!
