1 year agoWe hired Anytime Flood Restoration in 2023 after a water event from our shower. The issue was caught quickly, and during the mitigation process, more mold was discovered that they assured us would be completely removed. We trusted them to do a thorough job, and at the time, everything seemed fine. Now it's 2025, and we're dealing with the exact same strain of mold-confirmed by testing-in almost the exact same location. It's just a foot above where they previously remediated and declared "cleared." Our insurance company is pointing the finger at the original mold mitigation company, and Anytime Flood Restoration is pointing the blame right back at the insurance. Guess who's left footing the bill? Us. No accountability, no resolution, and now we're stuck with the stress and cost of fixing a problem that should have been resolved the first time two years ago. If you're looking for quality, long-term solutions, I'd strongly suggest going with someone else. Pictures of the mold just feet above where they tore dry wall out and treated but left a medicine cabinet in and all. -

2 years agoCannot recommend Anytime Flood Restoration enough! Terrible Denver storm May 2023 wrecked our basement. They were incredibly responsive and help quickly develop a plan to restore. I could tell they truly cared. It's great to also know they have services for almost anything needed in the restoration so it's practically a one stop shop. We need more people like the ones at Anytime! -

2 years agoWow I can not recommend Anytime flood restoration enough, I had the very unfortunate situation of 2 pipes bursting in my house. 1 was in my basement and the other was in my upstairs restroom. Mind you this was on Christmas Eve to boot. I had no idea what to do or who to call. I found anytime flood restoration on google and they were out at my house just an hour after I called them to get started right away and get all the water removed and mold prevention going. I was astonished by the professionalism and quickness that this team moved in my emergency situation, especially on a holiday. I don't see how a company could be any more professional and knowledgeable about their work. I can not thank you enough Anytime Flood restoration! -
