12 months agoWe hired Anytime Flood Restoration in 2023 after a water event from our shower. The issue was caught quickly, and during the mitigation process, more mold was discovered that they assured us would be completely removed. We trusted them to do a thorough job, and at the time, everything seemed fine. Now it's 2025, and we're dealing with the exact same strain of mold-confirmed by testing-in almost the exact same location. It's just a foot above where they previously remediated and declared "cleared." Our insurance company is pointing the finger at the original mold mitigation company, and Anytime Flood Restoration is pointing the blame right back at the insurance. Guess who's left footing the bill? Us. No accountability, no resolution, and now we're stuck with the stress and cost of fixing a problem that should have been resolved the first time two years ago. If you're looking for quality, long-term solutions, I'd strongly suggest going with someone else. Pictures of the mold just feet above where they tore dry wall out and treated but left a medicine cabinet in and all. -
