14 years agoPrice quote was comparable to two other quotes and amount charged matched the quote. Was promised a call on Friday to let us know when they would do the work the next week. We did not receive the promised call until Tuesday. Work was supposed to be done on Wednesday. We received a call that it would not be done until Thursday. Thursday morning we received a call saying it would be Friday. A few minutes later we received another call saying they would do in on Thursday afterall.The old fence was removed and the new one installed. Pieces of fencing/rocks/wood were thrown and left in our yard and the both neighbor's yards. One fence stake from the old fence was not removed. Plants given to us by my deceased mother were trampled and destroyed. When called about these problems they did return the next day to haul away the fencing/rocks/wood I had already picked up because the neighbors complained to us. They removed the left over old fence post. Nothing was said or offered for the destroyed plants.
