2 months agoAbsolutely outstanding service from Prutch's Garage Door of Pueblo. Both of our torsion springs had failed, and they responded incredibly fast. We called around 1:50 PM and everything was completed by about 3:30 PM. The technician, Sam, replaced both springs quickly and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What really impressed me was the extra care and professionalism. Even though the call was only for spring replacement, Sam took the time to lubricate the rollers and springs, checked the sprocket, adjusted the chain tension, and even fixed a dented track by carefully bending it back into shape. None of that felt rushed or like an upsell - just genuine pride in doing the job right. He also explained how the torsion springs work, which I really appreciated since I like understanding how things function. It's rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and willing to educate the customer. Fast response, fair pricing, and exceptional attention to detail. Highly recommend Prutch's Garage Door of Pueblo. -
