2 months agoInfinite Fire Features troubleshot and fixed the problems in our gas fireplace. It would start, run for a minute or two, and extinguish. IFF found multiple issues, which took three trips to cure. The ignition assembly had to be replaced. The top of the flue stack was not for fresh air system. The pipe was correct but the cap did not allow the fresh are into the firebox. Got all that corrected, and the fan sounded like it was going supersonic. He removed the hair barrette and all was well. It has been running good for over a week. We bought the house in March 2024 and had not been able to use the gas fireplace until now. IFF was over the top in good work. He arranged some of the sparkle material in to make it look like glowing ash. Nice touch. -
