7 months agoWe recently moved across the state to the Front Range, and I was hesitant to hire movers after reading so many terrible reviews of the industry. With our timing being very tight, there was no room for mistakes or delays. When we first started working with Fatboy Slims, I was impressed with the communication and responsiveness of the customer service, and the rep was easily reachable for all of our questions. They even followed up to check on any changes. The week of the move, they were even able to accommodate a 1 day adjustment because of weather in the mountains. Mark, Jacob, and Anthony were our crew that showed up and were amazing. They were very respectful of our stuff, and packed everything safely. Upon arrival at our new home, they went above and beyond to make sure everything went where we wanted. It was certainly two long days for the guys, but they were super professional and personable. I highly recommend this crew and company for any move you have! -

FAQ
How does Fatboy Slims Moving Company determine pricing for moves?
We provide transparent pricing based on the size of your move, distance, and any additional services like packing or specialty item handling. Custom quotes are available after discussing your specific needs over the phone or through an initial walkthrough. Deposits are required to secure your date: $50 for local moves and $150 for long-distance moves across Colorado and Arizona.
Are you licensed and insured for moving services?
Fatboy Slims Moving Company carries insurance that guarantees restoration of any damaged property during the move. Our professional team handles local and long-distance relocations for homeowners, renters, and businesses with care to minimize risks. This coverage provides peace of mind, especially for valuable or fragile items.
Does Fatboy Slims Moving Company handle packing and specialty items?
We offer full and partial packing services to secure your belongings for transport, along with labor-only options. Our team specializes in handling pianos, safes, large appliances, fragile antiques, and exercise equipment safely. Photos of our moving trucks show furniture wrapped and boxes stacked tightly to prevent shifting during transit.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival times?
We accommodate same-day moves on a first-come, first-served basis, so contact us as early as possible to check crew availability. For standard bookings, a deposit secures your preferred date, with our team arriving within the agreed window to fit your tight timelines. Expect personable movers who ask questions to rearrange items exactly as needed.
How does Fatboy Slims Moving Company handle cleanup after the move?
Our movers leave your new space organized by placing items where you direct, with respect for your property throughout. We focus on efficient loading and unloading to minimize disruption, as seen in reviews where teams took charge and got the job done cleanly. Any moving debris like packing materials is our responsibility to manage during the process.
Why is hiring you safer than doing a DIY move?
Our professional approach uses straps, tight packing, and safety measures like cones around trucks to protect heavy equipment and prevent accidents, unlike DIY risks of damage or injury. Trained teams handle specialty items securely, restoring any issues through our insurance guarantee. This ensures your relocation across Colorado or Arizona completes without the hazards of renting a truck and moving alone.
