2 months agoWe recently moved across the state to the Front Range, and I was hesitant to hire movers after reading so many terrible reviews of the industry. With our timing being very tight, there was no room for mistakes or delays. When we first started working with Fatboy Slims, I was impressed with the communication and responsiveness of the customer service, and the rep was easily reachable for all of our questions. They even followed up to check on any changes. The week of the move, they were even able to accommodate a 1 day adjustment because of weather in the mountains. Mark, Jacob, and Anthony were our crew that showed up and were amazing. They were very respectful of our stuff, and packed everything safely. Upon arrival at our new home, they went above and beyond to make sure everything went where we wanted. It was certainly two long days for the guys, but they were super professional and personable. I highly recommend this crew and company for any move you have! -

2 months agoTracie and her team were amazing! The three movers who helped me were CJ, Leo, and Ismael, and they were truly exceptional. My move was a downsize from a 3 bed/2 bath to a 1 bed/1 bath-and I was moving from a first-floor walk-out to a third-floor walk-up with no elevator and no proper loading zone. Despite all of that, the crew completed the job in under four hours. I worked with Mattea to receive an estimate and book the service. Tracie coordinated everything ahead of time and called to confirm logistics, which I really appreciated. CJ, Leo, and Ismael worked nonstop and were incredibly kind, professional, and careful with every single item. They added extra padding, protected the floors and doorways, and handled the entire move with so much care. I had snacks and drinks ready for them because they work unbelievably hard, and they were so appreciative. They treated my belongings with respect and went above and beyond at every step. Highly recommend this company-especially this crew.
