2 months agoChris' Roofing and Remodeling recently completed removal of a 60 year old low slope tar and gravel roof on our home and installation of a standing seam metal roof. The 'roof look' is fantastic, waterproof and a perfect complement to our mid-century modern home. We used the company originally for substantial repairs in the past 20 years. Proposals for a new roof by other companies did not compare to the Chris' Roofing approach. Chris and his son Jarrett (with decades of experience in roofing) took us through the pros and cons of materials that would work or not work on a low slope roof, meet building codes, with a reasonable price and timing for completion. They removed the old roofing with care including cleanup daily of surrounding grounds. They replaced worn sheathing and fascia, opened sections of the roof to blow in additional insulation (at our request) and installed water and ice shield. All of this was accomplished in 5 days by an experienced crew led by Jarrett. At Chris's request we visited several steel panel fabrication companies.This gave us the option to finalize our color choice and fabrication company. Chris then worked with our selected company to ensure availability and scheduling of on-site fabrication of over 200 steel panels as well as ridge caping and side trim pieces. Jarrett and his crew completed installation in three days, cleaning and organizing the work site each day. Chris' Roofing is a phenomenal company. Chris and Jarrett have the expertise and caring attitude that made the entire process reassuring at every step of the way. We recommend them without any reservations! -

Left no trace of anything on any of my property all trash was removed all nails picked up nothing was over looked. I would highly recommend Chris's Roofing for your project. -

10 months agoIm glad to share my experience with this truly great company. Honestly the 2 most polite, professional, knowledgeable fair and humble guys . My project was a fairly lg flat roof, garage and separate home. There crew removed what was need to and replaced with a better product. The home drain system was not allowing the roof to drain completely causing problems. They put in new scuffers, collecting boxes and down spouts. Excellent job and even cleaning the job site. Chris Roofing was great. After inspection the inspector complemented there work. -

11 months agoChris and his son Jarret did a wonderful job helping me replace my roof. Chris dealt with the HOA and insurance and Jarret was on site working. Attention to detail was surprising and very much appreciated. I needed an additional area of roof that was not covered by insurance and hired them to see to that. The work completed by them is great, affordable and I have and will hire them to do more work around my home. I highly recommend them!
