6 years agoVery impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from Tovar Electric. I hired his services to replace a Federal Pacific panel that didn't allow me to sell my property per a third party inspector. Carlos give me a quote to replace panel, answer all of my questions and he guaranteed passing the city of Denver inspection. He pulled permits and as he said, passed inspection. Thanks to his quality of work, I was able to sell my property on a timely manner. I truly feel confident to recommend Tovar Electric for your electrical needs. -

7 years agoALERT!!!! Carlos is a dangerous electrician that you should not hire. He left the job incomplete and electrical work unsafe and out of code. Carlos Tovar used 12 gauge wire instead of code required 10 gauge wire leaving a higher risk for a house fire. Carlos neglected to call in the required Pikes Peak Regional Building Department inspector following his work. Carlos will not respond to any phone calls. Avoid at all cost if you value your families safety. -

8 years agoAfter reading many of the five-star reviews here, I decided to give Tovar Electric a shot. The hype is all true, and I have an electrician for life. Tovar gets five-stars across the board. He responded to my Labor Day weekend email at midnight, scheduled me quickly for the following Tuesday, and kept me in the loop via phone and text message about the appointment. He quickly diagnosed a tricky short in my electrical system and had the whole issue resolved in two hours. He patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. When the job was done and paid for, he noticed some conduit he felt should be anchored and went out of his way to take care of the detail. Otherwise, he said, "he wouldn't be able to go to sleep that night." Outstanding attention to the job. Have an electrical issue? Hire them. In Colorado Springs, fire safety and electrical system integrity are incredibly important. Mr. Tovar and his guys will give you great peace of mind.
