3 months agonew owner, is like a teenager with a credit card. he has racked up mass amounts of credit with my company and wants a break when it comes to paying the bill. employees such as Martin, lead supervisor for the company has done nothing but bad mouth Mark every time we are in contact. not a great look. I would not contract this company for anything under this new ownership. -

4 months agoI recently had a large and very expensive sign installed by Spectrum. Throughout the process they did not do what they said they would do and I've continued to struggle to get them to provide this service that they said they would be willing to provide from the outset of this project. Mark, the business owner continues to say that he will do one thing but then chooses not to follow through on his commitment to finish work on the sign. if I was going to go through a process like this again I would choose a different company. -

1 year agoI am a State Farm insurance agent with two locations and have utilized Spectrum for all my sign needs. Recently I had an issue with a large outdoor sign. Zach from Spectrum came out to fix the problem and went above and beyond by stopping by my location after hours, when it was dark, to confirm that the sign was now working. I mentioned I wasn't confident that it was going to be fixed and he said he lived in the area and would be more than happy to check on it for me. I've worked with Carisa on sign design and placement and she is fantastic. When I call in they treat me like they know me and like they really care. Highly recommend! I will be using them for all my sign needs in the future. -
