1 month agoLeo's cleared the sewer drain for an elderly neighbor - they were available, efficient, and thorough - Brandon was the tech - he did a great job - polite and great at explaining what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. Kudos to Brandon! -

1 month agoI will never understand why people will drive around like complete maniacs, driving very dangerously and even look like they're getting high in their car while cutting people off in traffic. When they're actual company is labeled on the car. I would not hire these people. The driver in this vehicle had a complete disregard for anyone except himself. Too bad there was not a police officer around. -

They called first, arrived as scheduled, and provided their service in a friendly, professional manner. The price was right and we were very pleased with the results. Highly recommend Leo's Sewer-Drain, Craig, and Adonis for all your plumbing needs. -

FAQ
How does Leo's Sewer & Drain determine pricing for drain clearing and plumbing work?
We provide custom quotes based on the specific issue, location, and complexity of the job. Most drain and sewer problems require an on-site assessment to give you an accurate estimate, which helps us understand whether it's a simple clog, tree root intrusion, or a more involved repair. We're transparent about costs upfront so there are no surprises when the work is complete.
Are you licensed and insured?
Leo's Sewer & Drain operates as a fully equipped service provider handling excavation, plumbing, HVAC, and septic system work across Colorado Springs. We maintain the certifications and insurance coverage required to perform these specialized services safely and professionally. You can verify our credentials and check our reputation on Angie's List and through our customer reviews.
What specific drain and sewer problems does Leo's Sewer & Drain handle?
We clear sewer mains, fix backed-up drains, remove tree roots from lines, install plumbing for remodels and additions, and handle septic system installs or replacements. Our team also manages general handyman repairs that keep homes running smoothly. Whether it's a basement backup, slow drain, or a complete septic replacement, we have the equipment and expertise to diagnose and resolve the issue.
How quickly can you respond to emergency drain backups?
Leo's Sewer & Drain prioritizes urgent calls and works to get a technician to your home as soon as possible. Based on customer feedback, we've dispatched technicians within a couple of hours of initial contact for emergency situations like basement backups. When you call, let us know the urgency of your situation so we can schedule accordingly and get your plumbing functioning again.
What does Leo's Sewer & Drain do to protect my home during the job?
We respect your home and take care to minimize disruption during our work. Our team uses protective coverings like cloth throws to move equipment through your house, and we clean up thoroughly after the job is complete. We leave your space clean and ready for normal use, so you can get back to your routine without dealing with mess or debris left behind.
Why should I call a professional instead of trying to clear a drain myself?
Professional drain clearing equipment and expertise handle problems that DIY methods can't reach or may worsen. Tree roots, grease buildup, and structural damage require proper diagnosis and specialized tools to fix safely and permanently. Attempting DIY solutions on sewer or septic lines can damage your plumbing system or create health hazards, making professional service a safer and more cost-effective choice in the long run.
