3 years agoAbsolutely do NOT use this company to clean your carpets!!! I've referred a ton of people over the last decade because they used to be amazing. However during Covid the owner sold the business to a new owner. He has cleaned my carpets several times now and has damaged my home each time. He also ignored multiple texts and emails when I asked in advance how much it would cost, but then left an invoice for an $80 increase. When I respectfully brought my concerns to his attention, he was rude and denied it all, taking zero accountability even though I had proof of his lack of communciation or response to my questions and photos of the damage. -
