6 months agoIm pretty disappointed I got scheduled to have my couch cleaned at 9 so I took off from my morning routine to stay home and get it cleaned I received a phone call about half an hour later stating he was going to be a little later which was okay I was thinking he had to be only 5-10 minutes away since he was already running late. I finally called the person who was on his way at 9:50 to cancel which he then stated his mom would give me a discount for the inconvenience, which was awesome news but when they called they just wanted to reschedule me and didn't show any compassion for my wasted time this morning. They seem to have great pricing and I understand things happen but as a business I think it's good to try and make things right, especially if you want repeat sales! We love supporting local businesses but it's hard when it can be like this. -
