While walking through her house to get to the basement, I admired all her oriental rugs throughout her home. I told her that my first eight years in restoration were spent on carpet, upholstery, and area rugs. Cleaning fine oriental rugs was a passion of mine. They can be intimidating and a lot of work. But once you learn the chemistry of cleaning them and knowing the difference between a woven or handmade rug, it's fun to see how bright the colors pop and how the kelim and fringe brighten. I have been a loyal customer since 2018, and they have consistently extended the life of my carpets and upholstery. The team is professional, personable, and absolutely the best at their craft. Their prices are a bargain for the quality of the work! Their work is nothing short of magic. A few years ago, I had a difficult tenant move out, leaving behind a horrific pet odor in a back bedroom after their unauthorized dogs had accidents. The smell was so bad that it filled the entire condo, even after the property manager's cleaners had made two attempts with a pet enzyme wash.
