2 months ago24 hour notices of towing shouldn't be stickers, it should be a simple paper notice. Unless the vehicle is actually in tow and going to the yard stop placing damaging stickers on windows. -

2 months agoHere we go again. Had one great experience with you guys. Then Sunday evening rolls around called at 11pm and left msg. Now it is after 1 am Monday morning and no response. You guys contract with our apartment complex. You are suppose to be available to tow cars for us. Especially jerks who park in handicapped parking with no placard or tag. I have to park further away and squeeze in between others cars. I know you guys get busy but you should at least return phone messages. I need to park in my assigned spot and I had to go through alot to get it. And here I have no recourse because no one will answer or return calls.
