From start to finish, we appreciated Petr's (GC) thoroughness, his attention to detail and his high standard of quality work. Petr & Martina, the office manager, were available and responsive to us when we had any questions. After signing the detailed contract, Martina sent out next steps for us to follow which helped in keeping the process simple. We had gotten at least 3 other bids from other companies and QCON beat all of them, substantially. Petr, by far, was the most personable and most thorough with all the details, the process, and expectations throughout the upcoming construction. As if that were not enough, his statement to us of 'we do not pay anything upfront but rather we pay in stages as the work is completed and no contractor should ever ask you to pay any money upfront' was music to our ears. There were no surprises with the billing, as everything was followed per the contract and if we made any changes along the way, all pricing was discussed first and agreed upon before making those changes. Petr is a by the book and per code contractor, which we very much appreciated as that showed us he wanted to do things right and he definitely did! Even the inspectors were impressed with the quality of work, as several of them commented to us about how good the work was. Of course, there were some small hiccups along the way and the finish date was longer than originally projected, but that is to be expected with a huge project like this. We were understanding and Petr handled anything and everything that came up and to our satisfaction. If you are looking for quality work, at a fair and reasonable price, good communication, no surprises, personable and professional contractor and company, then choose QCON LLC! you won't be disappointed!
