2 months agoGuy hauls a forklift that I bought. Text me, already late, says I'll be there asap, I stopped to get something to eat. I asked eta, he says 35 minutes. Shows up an hour later. Thanks for wasting my time, you got your money though. I know that's all that matters to you. Certainly not your customers. NOT RECOMMENDED. Hire someone who actually offers decent customer service. -

FAQ
How does Giner's Towing determine pricing for towing services?
We keep prices straightforward based on the vehicle type, distance, and specific job like a quick pickup or long haul from e470 to Colorado Springs. Quotes are provided upfront over the phone to avoid surprises, and we do not add extra fees for correcting drop-off mix-ups. Factors such as time of day or road conditions may influence the final cost, so calling for a custom quote ensures accuracy.
Are you licensed and insured for towing services?
Giner's Towing operates as a registered carrier with USDOT number 3351552, meeting federal requirements for motor vehicle towing. Our insurance covers the vehicles and equipment we handle, including cars, forklifts, and heavy loads. Homeowners can verify our credentials through public FMCSA records for added peace of mind.
Does Giner's Towing handle towing for forklifts, dump trucks, or specialty vehicles?
We tow a range of vehicles including forklifts, dump trucks, delivery vans, industrial trailers, and sedans using our flatbed trucks. Our services extend to motor vehicle towing and junk removal for various sizes and types around Aurora, CO. This capability allows us to manage niche tasks that standard tow services might not accommodate.
What should I expect for arrival time and scheduling with you?
We provide 24/7 availability and answer calls promptly, even at 2am when others cannot. Arrival depends on location and conditions like snow, with updates via text for realistic ETAs during the tow. While we aim for quick response, jobs are handled in sequence to maintain safety, so plan for potential variables in busy periods.
How does Giner's Towing handle junk removal and site cleanup after a job?
Our junk removal service clears unwanted vehicles or debris from your property without leaving messes behind. We load items securely onto flatbeds for transport, ensuring the pickup area is left as we found it. For towing jobs, no additional waste is generated, and drop-offs occur at the specified or corrected location cleanly.
Why is hiring you for towing safer than trying a DIY recovery?
Professional towing uses flatbed trucks equipped for safe loading of vehicles like SUVs, sedans, or heavy equipment, preventing damage from improper rigging. DIY attempts in snow or long distances risk vehicle harm, personal injury, or legal issues without proper insurance and tools. Our experience ensures secure hauls around the clock, avoiding the hazards of unlicensed equipment or untrained handling.
